About this opportunity:

The C&E Centralized Support and Dispatch leader has extensive experience in RAN engineering and network operations, and is responsible for providing direction as part of the Networks Services team. This role involves overseeing a team of centralized support resources that dispatch external crews and drone vendors, as well as supporting internal escalation and customer quality assurance processes. The person in this position will ensure high-quality work and adherence to standards while managing outcomes reflected in Networks Customer scorecards, and will also maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors, GND's, and support governance within MANA. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in the telecom industry, with proven experience in engineering, operations management, strategic planning, and effective team leadership in order to ensure that all operations align with company objectives, customer expectations, cost structures, and industry standards.

What you will do:

This role supports the project team's success by providing support to enable successful construction to build up, maintain schedules, expenses, quality, and safety standards.

  • Will leverage on and offshore resources to support the project within SDP3 budget constraints.
  • Will support Continuous quality control by leveraging data to properly analyze and trend data for closed loop processing.
  • Communicate any project changes to the customer and work with the Project Manager and other Construction Managers on implementation.
  • Install the quality program, making certain all quality standards are met to customer specifications using established guidelines.
  • Interprets and verifies industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverables.
  • Schedules and monitors work plans consistent with agreements.
  • Will act as a key interface with project teams regarding support and quality issues.


The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other science discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Collaborate with project team members, including Program Directors, Area Directors, RF engineers, Construction Managers, Implementation Managers, and Tower Crew Foremen to achieve project goals.
  • Proven track record of building strong collaboration with customers, vendors, and offshore teams towards shared objectives.
  • Ability to motivate and align large cross-functional teams, fostering a unified approach.
  • Effective project management skills, handling multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, utilizing storytelling to support change management efforts.
  • Inspiring leadership capabilities, fostering high-performing teams and prioritizing safety and employee development.
