Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. In this

role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and successful deployment of our Hart

solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality

assurance, and operations, to drive project milestones and deliverables while maintaining high

standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines,

milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed on schedule and within

scope. Lead kick off calls with new clients to identify key stakeholders, align on scope,

communicate Hart project phases, develop communication plan, and determine next

steps. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle by anticipating

customer needs and through pro-active communication with customers and other internal

departments

-Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project

stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively and manage

expectations. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to drive requirement gathering

and refinements such as data mapping working sessions with clinical and technical

resources.

-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop and implement

mitigation strategies to address project challenges.

-Team Collaboration: Facilitate coordination among technical teams, including

developers, data engineers, and QA specialists. Promote a collaborative environment to

ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.

-Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes. Ensure

that deliverables meet the defined standards and specifications. Facilitate validation

efforts both internally and with the client.

-Resource Management: Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel,

technology, and tools. Adjust resource allocation as needed to maintain project

momentum.

-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project

plans, weekly status reports, and change logs. Ensure project tracking tool is up-to-date

and accurate to provide visibility into resource allocation and project status.

-Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and identify areas for process

improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project

delivery.

-Client training: Assist in the development and delivery of training documentation.

Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology,

Project Management, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a

plus.

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3

years in a technical project management role within a delivery-focused environment.

-Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, technical

architecture, and deployment methodologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum

methodologies.

-Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools.

-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the

ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

-Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

anticipate and address potential issues proactively.

-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-

quality results.
