Up until now, product owners and marketers could only see what visitors did with passive observation tools and analytics, but not understand why they did these things.

Without being able to capture the voice of the customer in their ultimate decision-making contexts, actionable insights are scarce. Digital Intercepts ultimately takes the guesswork out of growth by providing teams with daily recordings of on screen visitor behaviors matched with the detailed customer narrations of what they are thinking as they explore and explain why they did or didn t take certain actions.

Instead of using costly, time consuming qualitative methods that are divorced from real decision-making environments that often use proxy panels or look-alike personas, Digital Intercepts substantially increases the quality and quantity of actionable insights that enable teams to acquire customers faster and more profitably than ever before.

You ll immerse yourself in understanding our end users' needs for deeper insights, working closely with our first customers and the product team to fine-tune our offering. Now more than ever, we need a builder with a strong research background to bring this vision to life.

As the Head of Product at Digital Intercepts You Will:
Be the driving force for adoption, serving as the chief learner and evangelist. You ll be right there in the trenches with our customers, leading the charge on our product vision and shaping the roadmap. You ll roll up your sleeves with prompt engineering and iteration, and even get involved in founder-led sales. Plus, you ll be working closely with the teams at Gitwit and 19days to bring it all together.

Your main focus? Turning our first 10 customers into raving fans we ve got your back on everything else. When someone hears about Digital Intercepts and visits a site using our product, they ll be able to experience a seamless demo and explore a gallery of consumer interviews available on our website. You ll be at the center of it all, collaborating with existing development customers and engaging with potential new ones to make it happen.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A product leader who intuitively knows which tasks will have the greatest impact, driving value for both customers and the business
  • An excellent communicator who can clearly articulate priorities to customers, stakeholders, and the team

Experience:
  • Shipping product and features, learning from successes and failures, and working closely with customers
  • Conducting customer interviews, spending significant time with LLMs, and leading sales conversations
  • Building greenfield products from the ground up

What Would Be Extra Awesome:
  • Experience in buyer and user research, particularly in building research products
  • A background in developing tools for product leaders
