  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility for extension)
Location: Tallahassee, FL

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with staff.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  3. At least ten (10) years of IT business/industry work experience.
  4. A minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience.
  5. Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  6. At least five (5) years of experience managing projects in accordance with PMI's standards as outlined in the PMBOK Guide.
  7. A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing program or project strategy, business cases, and enterprise-wide project plans.
  8. At least three (3) years of experience managing large, cross-divisional, and cross-functional software development programs/projects.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Familiarity with the PALM project.
  2. Familiarity with data.
  3. Experience working on projects that impact multiple legacy systems.
  4. Experience working with stakeholders from multiple business units.
  5. Experience communicating with IT and business leadership.
  6. Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
  7. Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  8. Experience preparing Legislative Budget Requests (LBR), Statements of Work (SOW), and Operational Work Plans (OWP).
  9. Knowledge of purchasing rules, processes, and documentation.
  10. Experience with IT purchasing processes and practices.
  11. Experience managing documentation in MS SharePoint.
  12. Experience managing projects for an IT PMO.
  13. Experience creating a Solution Definition Framework or ISDM.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a computer sciences field or management information systems, OR five years of work experience in information technology, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
