We are looking for an SAP CRM Consultant who has S/4 Customer Management experience and has experience helping a customer sunset SAP CRM. In this role, you would initially support SAP CRM in the areas of lead management, opportunities, complaints, ERP sales orders, middleware/BDOC replication, business partners, and relationships as well as assist with the functionality migration to S/4 next year as they sunset CRM. You also need to have hands-on S/4 Customer Management for this project.

Duration: 6-12 months

Preferred Location: Remote, work ET zone hours

Requirements:

  • Must have experience helping a customer transition functionality from SAP CRM to S/4.
  • Must have S/4 Customer Management experience.
  • Should have well-rounded SAP CRM experience in the following areas: Lead Management, Opportunities, Complaints, ERP Sales Order, Middleware / BDOC replication, Business Partners, Relationships etc.
