Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operations teams to drive product initiatives, addressing stakeholder needs and challenges.
- Translate market insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements and strategic roadmaps.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and maximize product value with input from various teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support or lead go-to-market strategies and the launch of new product features, including internal and external training and presentations.
- Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to effectively manage the product backlog and deliver market value.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to recognize, analyze and solve a variety of problems
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in the healthcare and revenue cycle management space.
- Experience building or managing workflow applications
- Experience with creating UI mockups, writing requirement documents, and working with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with 2 week sprint cycles, SDLC, and Scrum Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Lucid, Figma, & Adobe.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to identify, analyze, and resolve various issues.
