Life is short - work someplace awesome! Byrider is hiring an Automotive Service Manager for their Saginaw location. The best candidates for this position would have experience managing automotive technicians, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the continuous flow of work.

Job responsibilities to include:

• Provide full leadership of the automotive shop and technician team
• Assign and monitor daily tasks of the shop
• Ensure the quality of reconditioned vehicles and customer repairs
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable & professional
• Previous automotive repair and manager experience preferred
• Experience in dealing with challenging customers, or customers who require more than typical attention
• Ability to maintain relationships with technicians and customers
• Utilize computer systems to manage documentation, invoices, reports, work orders, etc.
• Valid driver's license

Benefits:

• $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annual salary plus bonus structure
