  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and talented Brand Communications Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about shaping visual experiences across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion our business strategies by translating them into compelling creative solutions that extend our corporate brand across channels and mediums.
  • Design and produce high-quality assets for online, print, and video that align with our brand guidelines and business needs.
  • Edit and produce videos, including motion graphics, storyboarding, and music selection, ensuring all content meets EG brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with a global design team, contributing to co-designing projects and sharing ideas.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, delivering on deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and bring their stories and initiatives to life in meaningful ways.
  • Support the evolution and expansion of our asset library, including illustrations and photography.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and experience in video production and editing.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, motion graphics, animation, and illustration; SharePoint design experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio or link to sample work is required; please include this with your resume.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • A passion for design, communication, and culture, with a commitment to inclusive design practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Familiarity with task management tools and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
