About the Role

This position supports the Marketing Department by providing insights to drive new business and growth through data-driven analytics. Develops and implements analytical solutions. Formulates conclusions and presents findings of research in written and oral format. Improves data efficiencies through programming & building new reporting dashboards

Day to Day

  • Develops analytical and data mining solutions to improve customer acquisition, product upgrades/cross-sells and retention campaigns.
  • Delivers insights and recommendations on fully integrated marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies (including direct mail, email, paid digital, etc.)
  • Supports marketing methodologies such as A/B testing, test design, sample sizes, calculating significant lift in response over control, and ad hoc analyses and requests.
  • Creates client-level, or product-level demographic profile analyses
  • Mentors other data analysts on analyzing and reporting on project results utilizing research software and information from supporting systems.
  • Develops new reporting tools, dashboards using automated programming as needed.
  • Develops and maintains statistical models used to predict potential customers, predict the potential of insurers to lapse coverage, and segment the current insured and uninsured member population for marketing campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field required.
  • Experience in Marketing and data-driven insight delivery.
  • Master s degree and 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in the application of basic statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, variance analysis, exploratory data techniques, etc.)
  • Experience in MS Suite Products
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of motivation coupled with the ability to set priorities.
  • Strong written/oral skills
  • Proficiency in the application of multivariate data analysis, modeling techniques and basic statistics. Multivariate regression, logistical regression, and/or discriminant analysis is a plus.
  • Proficient experience programming in SAS /R/Python, SQL
  • Proficient experience in GA4, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
