About the job

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all engineering projects and lead the engineering team.
  • Build/design web architecture for ecommerce platform
  • Measure and optimize website performance
  • Define and build CI/CD automation and productivity tools
  • Build and implement KPIs to support customer experience for retail
  • Build and maintain cross-border e-commerce system; supervise data governance and analytics
  • Supervise marketing tech development
  • Manage a team of engineers

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Prior experience must include 5 years of experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
  • 5 years of experience working with Agile, Lean and DevOps principals
  • 5 years of experience working within e-commerce and third party payment gateways
  • 1 year of experience managing a distributed team of software engineers.

Location: Brooklyn, New York (in-office presence required)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000
Travel Requirements: Travel to Romania is a requirement for the position
