Job Description
Job Title: Training Director II (Training and Development Manager)
The Contractor shall provide and designate a Training Director. The Contractor employee position shall serve as the Senior Trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for Cyber-related training. The Contractor employee shall serve as a Cyberspace Operations Training Developer/Instructor to analyze, design, and develop, cyberspace operations courses of instruction. Duties require establishing instructional design and development criteria using Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command s (TRADOC s) System Approach to Training (SAT).
Education:
- A Bachelor s degree in Educational Studies, or Information Management, or related discipline or minimum experience listed below.
- The Contractor shall meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
- The Contractor shall possess experience collaborating with leadership teams and SMEs to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.
- The Contractor shall possess experience with OT / IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios.

Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
