Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers and their technical teams.

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems and infrastructure.

  • Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and performance through monitoring and optimization.

  • Deploy and integrate the company s products in on-premise environments for customers, ensuring seamless integration and performance according to client specifications.

  • Develop and oversee continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into infrastructure solutions.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills with the willingness to communicate and work closely with our customers

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure management.

  • Proficient in the following backend programming languages: Node.JS, Python, and Go or Rust

  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native services.

  • Additional GCP / Azure experience

  • Experience with Terraform and Pulumi

  • Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.

  • Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools.

  • Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.

Compensation Range: $160K - $200K
