Payroll Systems Analyst

Manage system issues log and work with payroll management to resolve. Monitor and administer compliance to all imports from third-party systems, Oracle JET/PTS. Support as needed extractions to the Finance Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Quality control of payroll records from JET/PTS - Run interface, review data, work with business partners and supervisor with said data on regularly scheduled events, special projects and terminations. Perform audits and reconciliations.
  • JET/PTS Development Partner - Partner with IT/System Smith on all changes that require Oracle payroll testing.
  • Oracle Development Partner - Partner with EBS team on changes and upgrades to the Oracle functionally to include OTL, ESS, MSS and Payroll modules.
  • Benefit Billing - Track benefit rate changes to ensure the integrity of billing and cost allocations.
  • Payroll Distribution - Maintain access database for cost withholding taxes, payroll distribution reports to Controllers and HRBP's.
  • Business Partner Relations - Work with Finance, Operations, HR and Payroll on daily operations, special projects and future development and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human capital systems, advanced access database and Excel skills required
  • Microsoft Access-based database solutions
  • VBA programming, Excel automation, SQL Server and Oracle pass-through queries
  • Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, KBX, OBIEE, TOAD for Oracle, Oracle SQL, PTS/JET
