• Working experience in Fiserv DNA Platform, especially lending side
• Effective Communication both verbal and written
• Test leadership: Oversee the test team, assigning and prioritizing tasks, and reviewing deliverables. They also provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Test management: Manage the test process, including test plans and resources. They also ensure test quality and consistency.
• Test execution: Design, execute, and report on test programs. They also identify and raise awareness of risks from test results.
• Test improvement: Continuously develop test cases, documents, and procedures. They also implement new test frameworks and optimize processes.
• Test communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and regulators, to ensure test alignment and compliance.
• Test collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Test technical support: Provide technical test support and consultation as required.
