Duration: 6 to 8 months

Responsibilities:

Hands-on Tanium experience in cleared and commercial enterprises. Managed Tanium client on all supported Windows, macOS, Linux, AIX, and Solaris operating systems.

Installed, configured, operationalized, and maintained all three platform types in diverse industry segments. Upgraded platform servers and modules according to documented upgrade paths.

Orchestrated patch automation and vulnerability scanning in environments to improve overall patch compliance and reduce endpoint exposures. Performed configuration compliance assessments to promote endpoint standardization, aligning with industry standards and security best practices.

Designed and implemented enterprise-wide software management and distribution services through scheduled software deployments and specialized package content delivery via action deployments.

Performed asset inventory and discovery to maintain governance and compliance with regulatory commitments and security frameworks. Inventories aided ROI through software license reclamation.

Supported threat analysis teams monitoring endpoints for Indicators of Compromise (IOC). Conducted quarantine operations on compromised, non-compliant endpoints to reduce organization's attack vectors.

Developed automated workflows through Tanium's Rest API to increase efficiency in platform delivery and reporting. Performed custom content creation in PowerShell, Bash and Python.
