Job Title : ServiceNow Developer
Location : Santa Clara, CA
Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Portal and Scoped Applications
Design, build, and maintain custom widgets, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces within Service Portal.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Implement and manage complex workflows, business rules, and scripts for scoped applications.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and SOAP web services to integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Manage client scripts, Ul policies, and Ul actions to customize user experience.
Implement Access Control Rules (ACLS) to ensure proper data security and integrity.
Maintain effective documentation of development processes, updates, and system changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Extensive experience in Service Portal development, including custom widget creation.
Strong proficiency in Scoped Application development and deployment.
Deep understanding of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, and Bootstrap.
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods.
Proficient in using Flow Designer, Scripted REST API, and business rules.
Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and other ServiceNow testing methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
