Position Title: EAM Technical Architect Sr.
Techno Functional Lead
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
Techno Functional Lead
- 10 to 12 years of relevant technical experience in a leadership or a Subject Matter Expert capacity, preferably as EAM techno-functional lead.
- 10+ years of hands on, technical and functional experience with Maximo including designing, developing, and implementing high quality modifications, interfaces, conversions, and business process changes for Maximo systems.
- Deep EAM implementation expertise through various phases for complex implementations
- 8+ years of experience implementing the Maximo product in a transportation or Operational-heavy industry.
- Deep and varied Maximo integration experience (developing, supporting, documenting, leading development teams) with other applications SAP, Timekeeping applications, Labor Management application, IoT and advance analytics.
- Extensive experience programming and/or systems analysis experience. Have a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.
- Extensive experience in design, development and operation of internet scale web applications leveraging IaaS / PaaS / SaaS delivery models.
- Experience in API Engineering for both REST and SOAP based services.
- Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture tenets, and N tier architecture deployments models when it comes to deploying against cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent organization, analytical & communication skills
- Must have leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes including ability to measure short- and long-term business goals.
- Must possess the ability to utilize adaptable communication skills to effectively translate between technical and business language.
- Ability to identify, propose and oversee the execution of business solutions as well as interpret documents communicating business needs and requirements.
- Must possess the skill to assess the client needs through direct interaction and identify opportunities to develop the business through effective use of technology.
- Preferred: IBM Certified Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6.1, MAS8
- Preferred: Understanding of Linear asset management and configuration
- Proven experience with:
- Web protocols including HTTP, SMTP and LDAP.
- Knowledge of administration of database and web server components.
- Modern programming language experience SQL, Java and/or C++.
- Experience with methodologies and technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript, Oracle, RDBMS
- Configuring IIS, WebSphere, and Maximo Asset management suite, Spatial, Building Information Models (BIM), Anywhere Extensions, SAP
- Relational database table structure and design principles.
- Maximo integration technologies (Object structures, services, channels, etc.).
- BIRT, Actuate, Cognos and other proven Business Intelligence Reporting
