RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking 2 Level 3 Senior Data Engineers to join their team on a 6-month contract to hire basis.
Key Tasks:
* Senior Data Engineers will create and leverage Databricks notebooks to source, shape and store data using SQL, Python, PySpark
* Utilize enterprise standards for data domains and data solutions, focusing on simplified integration and streamlined operational and analytical uses
* Ensure there is clarity between ongoing projects, escalating when necessary, including direct collaboration with vendors
* As a Senior Data Engineer, you will define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state
* Analyze technology environments to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
* Promote the reuse of data assets, including the management of the data catalog for reference

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
