In this role, you’ll use your expertise in performance management design, mentorship, and employee engagement to proactively improve the colleague experience and drive results for our team and HR. All candidates must have the ability to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion with given access to sensitive information. This is a Remote working opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead two key company-wide projects: Amex GBT’s mentoring program, and the performance management process
    • Design, develop and roll-out plans to engage and inform colleagues
    • Manage the communications plan including webinars, e-mails, intranet site pages and articles
    • Collect data and feedback, and translate insights into action plans
  • Talent review - support in the design, development and roll out of the talent review process. Align with business goals to build an internal bench of top talent
  • Retention - analyze data points including exit interviews for retention insights
  • Develop ongoing programs to improve colleagues’ understanding and use of company values and core competencies
  • Partner with internal collaborators to design, implement, and maintain career paths
  • Support organizational and ad-hoc assessment requests for talent development, including debriefing and/or one-to-one mentoring to participants
  • Assist with creation and execution of developmental action plans

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert at organizing and prioritizing
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent programs
  • Passion for collaboration within a diverse, global organization
  • Able to analyze and extract value from data
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Able to build a strong network with collaborators
  • Experience with Workday talent modules a plus

United States

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
