Our client, a manufacturer of high end Equestrian stalls and stables, is actively looking for a Sales Representative with an in-depth combination of sales, equine, and construction knowledge. This candidate should have a refined business acumen and an excellent sales reputation. This position will cover Missouri.

Job Requirements:

  • Drive increase market share and growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key builders and architects
  • Manage and qualify incoming leads and accurately determine customer needs
  • Assist internal sales and support teams when needed
  • Serve as the project manager when needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree in a related field and 3+ years of sales or customer service
  • Prior P&L experience is highly desired
  • Willingness to travel
  • Exceptional communications skills with a willingness to cater to customers
  • Basic equestrian and / or general construction knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret specific job specification lists and blue prints
  • B2B and B2C sales
  • Promotes teamworks & Demonstrates Leadership
  • Continually demonstrates process improvement in a safe, but profitable setting
