Job Requirements:
- Drive increase market share and growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key builders and architects
- Manage and qualify incoming leads and accurately determine customer needs
- Assist internal sales and support teams when needed
- Serve as the project manager when needed
- 2 year degree in a related field and 3+ years of sales or customer service
- Prior P&L experience is highly desired
- Willingness to travel
- Exceptional communications skills with a willingness to cater to customers
- Basic equestrian and / or general construction knowledge is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret specific job specification lists and blue prints
- B2B and B2C sales
- Promotes teamworks & Demonstrates Leadership
- Continually demonstrates process improvement in a safe, but profitable setting
