About The Role

The Remote Work/Branch Support Specialist provides technical support to the credit union’s Sales branch and remote team members. This individual is their primary contact for technology-related issues.

This position has a starting hourly rate of $24.23, but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferrable skills.

A Day in the life of a ­­Remote Work/Branch Support Specialist can look like:

  • Schedule support jobs and ensure that they are completed.
  • Provide phone request support via the IT Hot Line help desk.
  • Assist team members with general troubleshooting; phone system support/administration; network issues; and other usage of computer systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for PC hardware and PC software installations for branch and remote work team members.

What You Bring To The Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of core systems with PC/server software and hardware.

You Might Also Have

  • 5 years of experience in an IT-related field or a help-desk type position.
  • 2 years of experience at a financial institution.
