RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (React/Node) in Beaverton, OR.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly with React and Node.js, and will be adept at working with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes
* Work with heavy messaging systems, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize digital asset management solutions
* Utilize AI to automate image transformation activities such as cropping and resizing
* Ensure high performance and availability of applications through effective observability practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on React and Node.js
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools
* Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda and API Gateway
* Strong backend development skills, particularly with Node.js
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Experience with legacy Java services is a plus, but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
