Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for processing data compilations and report generation for a petroleum pilot plant. The engineer will compile and build reports for petroleum pilot plant runs, work with operators to generate product blends, and utilize MS Office to generate reports and design in Autoplant/CAD. The role includes supporting the project by executing chemical and petroleum lab scale experiments, building up test equipment, and compiling and reporting test data. The candidate will also be involved with the operation of a chemical pilot plant, including troubleshooting, equipment installation, maintenance (turnaround), assisting with safety procedures and operating instructions, preparing samples, and cleaning up the plant. Day-to-day work will involve working with pumps, heat trace, high temperature oils, drum heaters, and chemicals. The candidate will also lead operators on shifts.
Additional Skills:
Bachelors degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical
This is a fully on-site position in San Antonio, Texas.

Additional Skills:
Bachelors degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical
- Must be able to multi-tasking with ability to complete thermo calculations while also being mechanically inclined to build process systems.
- Experience with P&ID and BOM is preferred.
- Familiar with Autocad, Autoplant, Solidworks, Viso, and MS Office
- Shift work required- must be flexible
- Must be mechanically inclined and willing to do hands on work.
