Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated EnterWorks System Administrator to join our team.
Summary:
As an EnterWorks System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in resolving ticket requests related to Enterworks issues, with a specific focus on the PIM Vendor Portal component. This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve Ticket Requests: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving ticket requests related to EnterWorks issues, primarily focusing on the PIM Vendor Portal component; Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
* User Support: Provide user support and assistance by addressing inquiries, providing guidance on system functionality, and troubleshooting user-reported issues related to the PIM Vendor Portal; Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
* Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues; Collaborate effectively to ensure timely resolution of problems and minimize system downtime; Escalate to Level 2 support for advanced issues
* Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions; Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall system support capabilities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role, with specific experience in supporting EnterWorks PIM (Product Information Management)
* EnterWorks Expertise: Strong knowledge of EnterWorks software, particularly the PIM Vendor Portal component, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, think critically, and propose effective solutions; Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system-related problems efficiently
* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; Must be a team player, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Self-Motivated and Organized: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines; Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is preferred; Must have a reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
