Title:** ERP Analyst II - Finance-Oracle E-Business Suite Development
**Location:** HYBRID
This role will concentrate on Supply Chain Management and involves collaboration with our business clients and technical team to identify and implement Oracle E-Business modifications that enhance business processes and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and assessing business requirements.
- Determining how to meet these requirements using Oracle capabilities and customizations.
- Developing, testing, and implementing new Oracle features and configurations.
- Investigating issues related to Oracle Business Suite functionality, data, and interfaces, and implementing solutions.
- Collaborating with business clients to identify improvements, alternatives, or new capabilities that could benefit the organization.
- Assisting in the development of recommendations, business cases, and estimates for new functionalities and changes.
- Documenting Oracle Business Suite configurations, support information, and customizations.
- Working with infrastructure, database, and application development teams to ensure thorough unit, system, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Supporting the orientation and training of Oracle end users/customers as needed.
- Documenting and estimating specific requests for new capabilities and assessing their value to the organization.
This position is comprised of 40% functional responsibilities and 60% technical tasks.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong listening and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to document requirements, recommendations, estimates, and system information clearly and concisely.
- Experience working in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks.
- Capability to collaborate with business clients and understand their processes and functions.
- Full life cycle development experience.
- Skill in investigating reported issues and determining potential changes and solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, applications, and processes to identify problem sources in a complex environment.
- Interest in staying updated on Oracle E-Business Suite and technologies.
- Understanding of information technology along with Oracle standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules, interfaces, and technologies.
Mandatory qualifications include:
- Functional configuration experience in at least one of the following Oracle E-Business Suite modules (preferably release 12.2+): AR, GL, FA, Projects, and Grants.
- Technical understanding of Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines.
- Experience providing daily end-user support.
- Ability to develop and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages.
- Familiarity with RICEWF objects such as Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms, and/or OAF Extensions, Interfaces, and Workflows.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with:
- Working knowledge of Oracle cloud technologies and tools.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud.

  15. Hybrid Position. Will be in the office 3 days a week, from home 2 days a week
