This position is to join our STEM staffing division, as a Business Development Leader / VP of Sales with full onboarding & training provided in-house based remotely or in our NYC, NY hub.
The Opportunity:
o Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients to achieving revenue goals
o Consult with clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
o Review terms of business with client and negotiate for mutually favorable outcomes on the permanent and contract recruitment divisions.
o Manage RFIs, RFPs, key presentations and pitches, including ideation, creation and implementation
o Build out and design terms of business via internal legal software packages in collaboration with internal legal counsel
What You Bring:
o Familiarity with staffing solutions such as Contract, Perm, RPO, Talent Advisory and Retained Search
o Extensive experience in pain point selling
o Several years' experience in a Business Development / Sales role within a Life Sciences or Technology recruitment agency
o Ability to interact positively with clients, internal staff, and Company business partners
o Excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
o Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal strategy and pivot according market fluctuations
o Accept personal responsibility for producing results, individually and as a team
o Action oriented, results driven, able to accomplish project objectives to meet or exceed expectations
