Across our ten locations, Revive's team of nurses and physician assistants provide a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including botox, filler and skin lasers.

We are looking for a an experienced Multi-Unit leader who is personable and excited to expand the Revive Med Spa team! The Area Manager provides leadership over three to five Revive Centers within the Northern California market. The Area Manager's direct reports will be the Center Leads (Store Manager or Supervisor). This role will require teamwork to optimize operational processes, ensuring seamless efficiency and driving continuous improvement across the target Centers.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in a multi-site setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilites:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of managers and supervisors by fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Prepare weekly communications to update leadership on performance and any areas for improvement
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly report on Center KPIs and implement strategies to create improvements
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores, ensuring optimization of operations team staffing and provider staffing. Goal is to achieve a high-level of client service and team satisfaction. Center level NPI scores are tracked quarterly
  • Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and work to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of service and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all services meet quality and safety standards, addressing operational challenges and client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Vendor and Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local, federal, and company regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
  • Ability to work Full Time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) which may include mornings, evenings, and 1 weekend a month.
  • Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job including stocking shelves, checking out sales, standing or walking the entire shift, and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.

  • Reports to VP of Operations

Salary

  • All-in target $85,000 ($75,000 base + $$25,000 target bonus). Bonus will be paid quarterly.
