This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong IT background with a focus on robotic process automation, possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Modules: Manage and ensure the smooth operation of RPA modules, particularly in support of the Dormant Account Review-Quarterly tool Process.

2. SQL Proficiency: Utilize SQL knowledge to create code that supports various automation and data management tasks.

3. Dashboard Design: Design and develop dashboard visuals using platforms like QLIK or Power BI to enhance the presentation of financial metrics.

4. Generate SOPs: Work with our clients to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that facilitate the design and creation of automatable processes.

5. Utilize Microsoft Applications: Employ platforms such as Power Automate and SharePoint to develop and implement automation solutions.

6. Financial Systems Navigation: Navigate complex financial systems to support the organization's financial health and accountability.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

8. Compliance and Policy Knowledge: Apply knowledge of policy and compliance requirements to ensure that all processes and automations adhere to necessary standards.

Required Skills:

1. Collaborative Work: Ability to work effectively across teams in a hybrid environment to achieve shared objectives.

2. SAP and Modern Microsoft Applications: Proficiency in using SAP-based financial systems and modern Microsoft applications for automation and process improvement.

SQL Coding:

  • Strong understanding of and ability to write SQL code for data management and automation purposes.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze client pain points and develop solutions to replace outdated manual business processes.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities to clearly articulate issues, present solutions, and ask productive questions.

Dashboard Development:

  • Skills in designing and creating visual representations of data through dashboard platforms.

Financial and Accounting Foundation:

  • A solid base in financial and accounting practices to support the financial aspects of the role.

Must Haves:

  • Proficient in SQL (or other coding language), Power Automate, UIPATH SharePoint, Power BI/QLIK, SAP (ERP/BI) applications.

Qualifications:

Master s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM

6 years of experience with federal financial management, and 3 years of federal accounting experience.

Interim Secret Clearance at a minimum is required

50% of Senior Manager I personnel must, hold a current CPA license.
