Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure availability.

  • Manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding and first-day orientation.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices related to recruitment activities.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for enhancing the candidate experience during the hiring process.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience in the staffing industry or a similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
