Position Overview: As the Director of R&D, you will spearhead the research and innovation strategy, leading a team of scientists and technologists to develop cutting-edge food ingredients. Your role will focus on product development, process optimization, and ensuring the R&D efforts align with market trends and consumer demands. You will collaborate cross-functionally with departments including marketing, sales, and supply chain, ensuring successful commercialization of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food ingredients industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product development and commercialization in food ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in ingredient functionality, process development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to translate market trends and consumer insights into innovative product solutions.
