About The Role

You will be responsible for delivering sales growth targets for Versuni and build customer relationships., executing sales and marketing strategies in conjunction with the customers priorities and activation tools.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Develop annual account plans based on short, mid and long range presented by the appropriate brand groups.
  • Use data & information systems to monitor retail sales, market share, and metrics important to the customer to drive to targets and ensure health of the business for Versuni (Philips Brand) and Amazon.
  • Prepare sales reporting analyzing marketplace trends, retail sales, individual account trends and competitive activity.
  • Lead weekly business calls with internal cross functional teams and Amazon.
  • Negotiate and manage trade funds to create customer and company value by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze all promotions in light of promotional funding to maximize return on investment.

The Skills and Knowledge you’ll Bring

  • BA/BS Degree desired.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience.
  • Fluent in Excel – must have accurate reporting measures.
  • Experience selling to Amazon.
  • Selling experience within consumer products, preferably across multiple brands.
  • History of negotiating complex business deals that provide value to all parties.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change quickly.
  • Strong facilitation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, internal and with the account.
  • History of setting and delivering a growth agenda.
  • Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner.
  • Experience developing and managing trade budgets.
  • Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.
  • Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.
