Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and develop research plans to address specific business needs
- Collect, clean, and analyze data using statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS
- Develop predictive models, forecasting techniques, and simulations to support decision-making processes
- Interpret and communicate research findings to internal stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quantitative research and data analysis
- Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative research, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages, such as R, Python, or SAS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with large datasets and conducting quantitative research studies
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical techniques
- Previous experience in a research or analytical role within the financial services, healthcare, or technology industry
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
