Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing and play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, across multiple sales channels, aligned with performance goals and target audience
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages and foster a positive online community
  • Identify opportunities for engagement and collaborate with influencers or partners to expand reach
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Work closely with other departments to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Partner with SEO to develop content strategy and calendar, elevating organic search ranking and owning written content production.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content across various channels including but not limited to blog posts, email, websites, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Less than 20% of role
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with implementing the rollout of proprietary programs, with the planning and execution of trade show participation, and managing email campaigns and automation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our approach
  • Administrative duties may be assigned to support other marketing channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing communications or a similar role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with social and web content and WordPress
  • Knowledge & Experience with Salesforce and email automation platforms a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies
