Corporate Communications Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Vienna, VA that is searching for a full-time Corporate Communications Specialist.

Summary:
This position will oversee all aspects of communication including newsletters, social media, marketing management, initiate website updates, and other written forms of communication. The Communications Specialist position is on-site in Vienna, VA with typical in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:
* Corporate Communications Specialist will write, create, proofread, and update all-hands communications, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with company values and goals
* Website Management: Collaborate with full-stack developers to update and enhance company websites, ensuring the content is current, relevant, and user-friendly
* Social Media Management: Design, create, write, build, and post engaging content for company social media platforms, aiming to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
* As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will create and write quarterly newsletters to communicate important company updates, employee achievements, and initiatives to all stakeholders
* Develop and launch company surveys to gather valuable feedback from employees, facilitating data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
* Assist with companies' marketing management efforts, contributing to campaigns, graphic design projects, and other marketing initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing or related field
* 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate communications
* 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design
* Experience with Canva and other graphic design tools to create visually appealing content
* Excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail
* High level of organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
