  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

  • Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am 4:30pm; Summer Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm
  • Worksite Location: Willmar, MN
  • Hourly rate: $22-$25 per hour

What you ll do as a Bookkeeper:

  • Maintain records including recording of general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of month-end statements
  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General ledger
  • Meet one on one with clients to provide QuickBooks training
  • Review client policies and procedures; identify and suggest improvements for accounting reporting and recording procedures
  • Analyze data, summarize information, and assist in preparation of reports

What you will bring to the role as a Bookkeeper:

  • 2-4 year Accounting Degree
  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Ability to plan, organize, keep deadlines, and work under pressure and constant interruptions
  • Learn new skills or tasks as assigned
