We are in search of an Inventory/Supply Chain Analyst to join our client in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring their internal processes are compliant with requirements, specifically in relation to inventory management, supply chain, customer orders, and customer returns. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Verify and confirm product serial numbers for inventory, customer orders and returns to ensure compliance.

Streamline the process of sending serialization data (EPCIS data) to customers.

Effectively manage high volume query emails related to serialization data.

Utilize Excel formulas for data analysis and problem resolution.

Maintain strong communication with customers and other stakeholders.

Oversee the auditing and upkeep of inventory records to ensure accuracy.

Contribute to supply chain logistics and collection processes.

Utilize Epic Software for efficient processing of customer applications.

Maintain an organized, detail-oriented approach to all tasks.

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role

Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

Strong understanding of auditing and collection processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in supply chain logistics is preferred

Proficiency in Excel Formulas

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred.
