  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior CRE Lender located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Senior CRE Lender will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, underwriting new loan requests, assessing risk, and developing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending, Loan Underwriting, and Risk Assessment skills
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
  • Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management and business development skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending
  • Certifications such as CCIM or CFA are a plus
