As project manager, sr. on the Enterprise Transformation team, you will have a unique role to support enterprise level business planning and operations. Working with the team, as well as key cross-functional and executive stakeholders, you will help drive executional and operational excellence around strategic planning, strategic initiative portfolio management and tracking.

As project manager, sr. on the Enterprise Transformation team, you will:
Help design, build and support enterprise governance model (rhythms and forums) that support "Back to Starbucks"
Lead process improvement projects, including requirements gathering, pain point analysis, process documentation and change management
Implement change management best practices to support a wide range of stakeholders
Manage and lead projects or multiple projects at one time with a variety of cross-functional teams
Support team with program management of key strategic initiatives

We'dlove to hear from people with:
Minimum 5 years diversified experience in program management or project management
Demonstrated project management experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal presentation skills as core requirements
Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex programs, managing competing priorities, moving projects forward under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
Cross-functional leadership with ability to co-create with internal and external stakeholders, influence others, build relationships, and work closely with a range of individuals with diverse interests, backgrounds, dispositions, and executive levels
Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and inter-dependently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience or interest in change management and process design
Ability to and aptitude for navigating large, ambiguous and matrixed organizations

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
