Role: L3 MES Support

The pay range for this role is $120,000-170,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. This role is also open for contract: $70/h-100/h
Key Responsibilities:
Possess advanced domain knowledge, drive design reviews, and optimize application performance
Provide third-level support for complex issues in MES operations.
Analyze and resolve system issues to prevent recurring problems.
Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure teams to improve system performance and capabilities.
Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for MES-related issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong technical expertise in MES and related software platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with system monitoring tools and advanced analytical techniques.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
