  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an End User Support Technician to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation is required as buildings are off-site.
  • 2-3 years of previous work experience installing and troubleshooting common business software and hardware, i.e., M365/O365, Microsoft Office: 2003, 7, and 10; Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Antivirus, Internet Explorer, Active Directory, etc
  • Basic understanding of Apple products and software is highly desired.
  • Well-versed in troubleshooting issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards is REQUIRED.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. is REQUIRED.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to walk distances from issue to issue.
