Job Overview:

Phifer & Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the the founder in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the founders efficiency, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Ability to think ahead of what needs to be done. Think outside the box.

  • Manage and prioritize the Founders calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Documentation and Record-keeping:

  • Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
