A developing musical theatre production is seeking a talented mid-level music composer to create original music for an upcoming show titled "First Fleet." This is an ongoing personal project with potential for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in composing show tunes and be able to work remotely. The production team is looking for someone who can deliver high-quality work within a tight timeframe while maintaining flexibility for future developments.

Responsibilities:
- Compose original music in the style of show tunes for the musical "First Fleet"
- Collaborate closely with the project creator to ensure the music aligns with the vision for the show
- Deliver compositions within a short timeframe, ideally more than a week
- Be open to revisions and ongoing work as the project develops
- Provide professional-quality recordings or demos of composed pieces
- Proven experience in composing music for musical theatre or similar productions
- Strong understanding of show tune styles and musical theatre conventions
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Proficiency in music composition software and recording techniques
