Position Overview:

As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global VP of Marketing to lead our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. The Global VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can bring best-in-class, modern marketing initiatives to drive growth, while building and leading a high-performing, global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:
  • Develop and implement a global demand generation strategy, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, to drive pipeline expansion, target high-value accounts, and deliver qualified opportunities that fuel revenue growth.
  • Work with growth marketing to design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, events, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals, pipeline development, and conversion.
  • Customer Engagement, Retention & Product Marketing:
  • Develop a strategic vision that strengthens the company’s brand presence, competitiveness and thought leadership in key industries and categories.
  • Partner with Customer Experience to implement strategies that increase customer retention and satisfaction, leveraging insights to improve marketing effectiveness and product adoption.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through advocacy programs, case studies, and testimonials, enhancing engagement and creating opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Oversee ongoing market and competitive analysis to refine product marketing strategies, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
  • Set KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and their impact on revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development of reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
  • Marketing Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor a global team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Build a scalable marketing organization that can support business growth across multiple regions and industries.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B enterprise software marketing, with a focus on product marketing, growth marketing, account-based marketing and customer marketing.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing/Aerospace & Defense industry highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer success and marketing alignment, with the ability to work closely with relevant leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies that result in measurable business growth.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Operations and Marketing Technology, with a proven ability to integrate and optimize tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making and predictable growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
