Role Description

We are searching for a highly motivated, qualified full-time remote Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing project tasks, expediting & prioritizing as needed, working within project budgets, while ensuring meeting all client and Yellow House's management expectations.

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.

The project manager will prepare and present updates regularly to the admin team, regularly assessing areas that can be improved upon, ensuring that all projects are being achieved with a high level of success.

Responsibilities:The duties associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Project Management, Client Communication and management of team’s tasks and schedules
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously / responsible for multiple simultaneous projects
  • Organization, attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to Prioritize critical tasks across multiple projects
  • Interpret/facilitate/coordinate client requests for both new and existing projects
  • Create detailed project overview for in-house team, schedule into pipeline, as well as coordinate with team members needed for successful implementation
  • Ensure all tasks are meeting due dates throughout the project and effectively communicate with all team members involved
  • Communicate project status, costs, bottlenecks and timelines to the executive team
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to establish good working relationships with employees at all levels and to devise and implement creative solutions
  • Flexibility to step outside the bounds of normal roles to help get it done

Requirements

  • Remote employees must live in EST time zone
  • 5 or more years of project management experience in a professional setting
  • Experience using Asana or other project managing software
  • Utmost attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize projects to ensure timely completion
  • Experience in managing web development and digital creative projects
  • Self-motivated, approachable, authentic, and genuine
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to appropriate management teams
  • Ability to inspect and verify the quality of work performed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
  • Familiarity in the building materials industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
