- Experience with Remote software tools
- Lifecycle management
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Led small projects (not a project manager)
- Software deployment
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
Experience expectation:
5 years+ of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
H.S Diploma
Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management.
