Network Infrastructure Engineer ( Reverse Proxy )

Job Title: Advanced Infrastructure Engineers (Reverse Proxy)

Location : Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

RTTO: Day 1 Onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1)The Infrastructure Engineer must have a minimum of 5 years of Network Security and Infrastructure experience
2)The network engineer must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installation, migration and decommission of F5 Load balancing technologies (GTM, LTM, ASM, APM, AFM).
3)Relevant 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Cisco networking technologies (routing/switching) and firewall products and technologies
4)Experience with forward or reverse proxy technologies is a plus.
5)Cross-team coordination and collaboration to ensure end to end project delivery.
6)Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming/scripting languages: Python, Unix
7)Self-Starter who can take initiative and has the ability to work independently and collaboratively
8)Organized and able to follow client processes designed to minimize risk to the environment
9)Must have strong communications skills both written and verbal
10)Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
11)Strong work ethic with a results oriented mindset
12)Ability to collaborate with different roles and different levels across different teams to achieve common goals
13)Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environment

14)F5 certifications are preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable
15)Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
16)Flexible to work in off hours/weekends.
17)Flexible to work in 24x7 on-call rotation
