Position Overview
A team to manage desktop experience is essential to exist. This group of Experience experts transcends the service delivery and maintenance functions of a typical IT team. The team s mission is to proactively improve DEX inside the organization - while driving business value from their experience management technology.
This role involves proactive monitoring of the desktop environment, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the digital experience of employees. We need a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in desktop infrastructure and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of current desktop performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that affect desktop performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users regarding desktop monitoring tools.
Analyze data collected by monitoring tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for performance improvement, including hardware upgrades, software optimization, and configuration changes.
Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of performance improvement initiative
Provide expert guidance and support to IT staff and end-users on best practices for maintaining optimal desktop performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that can contribute to desktop performance improvements.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 - 4 years of overall experience in desktop support.
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
- Experience with performance monitoring tool, Nexthink.
- Proven track record of successfully managing performance improvement projects.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on desktop performance.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies.
