As a Project Manager in our Compliance & Custody Change Management team, you will oversee medium to large projects, managing scope, planning, budgeting, and execution. You'll collaborate with sponsors and systems teams to define project goals, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and lead a team of experts to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, create plans, and manage budgets.
- Apply project management best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve issues.
- Oversee testing and create project reports and dashboards.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver recommendations.
- Perform business analysis to adapt to changing needs and track ROI.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and development support.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in project management, preferably in financial services or custody operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Details:
- Hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office per week is encouraged.
