Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Tester specializing in CRM systems, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, to join our team for a 12+ month contract. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and ensuring the quality and performance of Dynamics 365 CRM applications. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional testing with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Apply strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and test strategies.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, ensuring efficient testing processes.
• Use one or more Test Management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane) for test execution and reporting.
• Work effectively within large teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in functional testing.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and various test strategies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Test Management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in large teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM systems other than Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools or methodologies.
