Lead Data Dog Monitoring Engineer/ DataDog

Position : Lead Systems Engineer(Datadog)
Location : Reston Virginia Remote

Lead Systems Engineer to support the Systems Monitoring initiatives (Data Dog Monitoring tools)
This is a Lead role, and the experience required over all 10-15 years with Minimum 3+ years of experience with Data Dog.
The team is monitoring 200+ applications and has implemented Data dog Last year.
Should have experience in creating dashboards with data visualization in Data Dog.
Manages, configures and maintains the DataDog APM tool on Linux platform.
Experience with Log Management IS MUST
Network Monitoring and Synthetic Monitoring is good to have
These applications are Java based and the Applications runs on WebSphere, ( Linux, Windows, AIX) is good to have.
This project will be migrating into AWS platform and monitor cloud watch on Data Dog. So far they have completed the migration in APM.
It will be good to have someone with Data Dog, Log Management and Integrate cloud watch on Data Dog. Or the manger is also ready to review the resume who have solid Data Dog tools experience (Not just as a basic user, should be an expert in the tools, Infrastructure monitoring, Troubleshooting, integrating dashboards etc.,)
Automation experience with scripting (team used ANSIBLE) preferred.
The team follows sAfe Agile methodologies.
This is a Remote assignment, however the team meets once or twice a month, and going forward it can change, so they prefer candidate who can commute or be available with 1 or 2 days notice
